1. Service Description
Deltabadger Cloud provides managed hosting infrastructure for running the open-source Deltabadger software. The service includes server resources (CPU, RAM, storage), SMTP relay, market data synchronization, and technical support.
The Deltabadger software is open-source and freely available. You are solely responsible for the software you choose to run on your hosted instance and its configuration. We do not provide, control, or operate any trading functionality.
2. Account & Access
By subscribing, you receive access to one private hosted instance. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any API keys you configure within your instance. We do not have access to your API secrets or instance data.
3. Subscription & Payment
- The service costs $25 USD per month (taxes included), billed monthly via Stripe.
- New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are not provided for subscription payments. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access other users' instances
- Reverse engineer or exploit the service
- Resell or redistribute access to the service
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control. We are not liable for trading losses resulting from downtime.
6. Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Deltabadger Cloud provides hosting infrastructure only. We do not provide, operate, or control any trading software or functionality. We do not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for the software you run, your trading decisions, and any resulting gains or losses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deltabadger and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your instance and data will be deleted.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
