Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Trial
All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your dashboard.
- After cancellation, you retain access to your instance until the end of your current billing period.
- Your instance and data are deleted 30 days after your subscription ends.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after your free trial, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of your first payment. Contact us at support@deltabadger.com and we will process your refund promptly.
Refunds
After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, we do not provide refunds for subscription payments.
We will issue a full refund in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. Contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
